Children's Online Privacy Protection
This website is directed at professionals, partners and the general public interested in SanlamAllianz. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) therefore does not apply. This policy is SanlamAllianz’s own notice; it is not Google’s terms or Google’s children’s privacy policy, and we do not offer Google Accounts managed with Family Link. If we learn that a child under 13 has submitted personal information, we will delete it. Parents may contact us using the details above to review or request deletion of any such information.
Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals. Some browsers may send a DNT: 1 header; we do not alter our data collection and usage practices in response to that header. You can still refuse non-essential cookies through our cookie banner or the Cookie Policy.
Cookies Policy
We use strictly necessary cookies (session) and, with your consent, analytics cookies. A full list of cookie names, providers, purposes, duration and how to manage them is in our dedicated Cookie Policy, including the sections “How do we use cookies?” and “How to manage cookies?”.
Share and Disclose of Information to 3rd Parties
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- hosting and infrastructure providers that operate this website on our behalf;
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA) when you accept non-essential cookies or submit the contact form;
- public authorities, if required by law.
These processors may handle information outside your country. Where international transfers occur, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the provider (including Google’s contractual commitments).
Data Rights
Depending on applicable law (including the GDPR if you are in the EEA/UK, and equivalent African data-protection laws), you may have:
- the right to be informed;
- the right of access;
- the right to rectification;
- the right to erasure;
- the right to restrict processing;
- the right to object;
- the right to data portability;
- rights in relation to automated decision-making and profiling (this website does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects).
If you make a request, we aim to respond within one month. Use the contact details in “Contact to Your Privacy Policy Officer(s)” above.
